The process is using EPS mandrel to get perfectly layup surface for each carbon layer.l You could not find any local fiber wrinkle and avoid in each layer. The outer layer takes advantage of uni-direction carbon with sands painting on the middle bar to provide very nice out looking and high frication resistibility.l 9 degrees sweep back and 5 degrees rising up.l The carbon fiber research and development engineers have taken the best designs for the handlebar to be qualified by CEN14766:2005.CEN14766:2005 4.7.6.4 and CEN14766:2005 4.7.7 testing standard.
