These brakes came from a 1997 Gary Fisher mountain bike and worked well when they were mounted. There is some cosmetic surface rust on the steel bits, but nothing that affects the function. The pads are labeled "RW2" and I think are much newer than the brakes. They have a lot of life left in them and worked well when they were mounted. The original Avid "noodle" has a ripped rubber sleeve but is still usable, the other one is not original but works perfectly well. Feel free to message me with any additional questions.
