This is an original 90s era Kooka Billet stem in the rarer 1" threadless size. 130mm length; the handlebar clamp looks like it could take either 25.4 or 26.0 bars. It has plenty of wear but seems to work fine. However, you should look at the pics--there is one area that might be metal stress on an internal girder. But--no cracks I can see. A very cool and rare stem whatever you choose to do with it. Free shipping to US only.
