Standard rim caliper brake required. Straight 1-1/8" steerer tube.For 700c wheels, 43mm rake. fork, so YES the steerer has been cut. If this seems obvious to you, congratulations on being among the minority of cyclists who understand that forks are produced with very long steerers which are then cut down.

This fork has mounts for both rim and disc brakes. The “UL” in the model ID stands for Ultralight. Travel is rated at ~70mm. The Axle to Crown distance is right at 436mm. Performance-wise, it is nice.
