New-Old-Stock Suntour XC Silver Quill Stem with 25.4 mm clamp (85 mm)

I don't see any date coding marks on the stem, but catalog references indicate this stem was an early to mid 80's model coming out of Japan. Quill length: 70 mm (the distance between the limit line and the top of the quill.the total length of the quill is 130 mm).
