Front hub, NORMANDY high flange, made in France. Comes with a Simplex quick release. The parts have small scratches and marks on them, also some lost chrome on the skewer. See pictures for more details and ask questions or more pictures if needed.

This skewer is in great shape, came from a late 70s Peugeotbut may or may not be original. There are some minor scratches and a couple of small rust spots, but it works perfectly. Will work with a standard 100mm front hub. Feel free to ask any additional questions via message.
