Mounted once, used only a handful of time. Surly sunrise BMX/Crusier/Mountain handlebars. Never cut. Used with a 22.2 stem and shims for a 31.8 stem aren’t included but can be easily found. These are Raw clear finish. these are new old stock bars that have been hanging around the shop for years. They have never been mounted, but there are definitely scratches and blemishes on the bars from shelfware. See pictures for details.
