Thank you for your interest in this excellent seat post. This is a new component that has not been installed. A shimano left remote lever is included. The Shimano SL-MT800 dropper lever uses the I-SPEC EV mounting standard. This allows it to attach directly to compatible Shimano brake levers, creating a clean, streamlined cockpit. You can also mount it independently using a standard bar clamp adapter if your brakes aren't I-SPEC EV compatible. The clamp is not included The dropper remains factory sealed with the original user manual and installation tool included.
