Vintage Unbranded Drop Handlebars 25.2 Clamp Diameter (?) 360 mm

Bars measure 360 mm from the center of the top of the drops to the center of the opposite drop. 25.2 handlebar clamp diameter, measured with calipers. Not sure if they’re French bars or if they should be 25.4. Fair amount of leftover adhesive, scratches, dirt, grime, and other cosmetic blemishes. Please see pictures for condition of the item. Buyer pays $15 flat rate shipping for USPS priority mail.
