From the way back machine, this is a pair of late 1980s Shimano Deore XT 4-finger brake levers. These are meant to be used with cantilver brakes. Both levers close and open smoothly with no issues. The is light wear to the cosmetics, particularly on the right lever. I have uploaded large photos. Please take a look and ask if something is unclear. Thanks!

Carlton gum hoods are heavily discolored and dirty with scuffs, small nicks, and cracks around the cable exit openings and lower front edges. Lever blades have scratches, finish wear, small corrosion spots, and general dulling.
