This is new, it has been laced and maybe installed on a bike. I’m not sure where they came from, I got them in a big box of parts, I’m not sure what bike they go to. I do know it’s a Velocity, 36 hole, throu skewer type axle. The flange holes are approximately 63.16mm, outside to outside axle is 108.19mm. And it is for a 6 hole disc brake rotor. It weighs with out the spokes 249 grams. It’s got 2 sets of spikes, 1 says for outside of flanges and the other inside of flanges. One set is 7-1/8” and the other is 7-1/4”.
