Alloy blades show scratches, small nicks, and light oxidation but remain straight with smooth pivot action. Clamp bands and hardware have minor finish wear and light tool marks.

Lever blades and bodies have scratches, scuffs, small dings, and light oxidation with spotting and finish loss on the undersides. Clamp bands, hardware, and springs show corrosion, tarnish, tool marks, and rust at the pivot screws, with light dirt in textured areas.

I believe these are from the 1980s/90 and closely resemble Campagnolo Delta brakes with the triangle front cover and the center pull technology. The levers are aero only. There are a few variations on this brakes--most seem to be similar design with all black parts.

For sale are the set of center pulled brake calipers Weinmann 610 Vainqueur 999 front and Weinmann 750 rear. The parts have small scratches and marks, but no rust on the bolts or springers. Original brake pads in good condition. Included also the hardware shown in the last picture. Overall it is a nice set for your vintage bike.
