For your consideration are Aluminum Spacer/Shims/Washers for a 5/8" O.D. (outside diameter) spindle. There are 3 widths to choose from. These thicknesses of these shims/spacers/washers being offered are 1) .063" for the thickest, 2) .032" for the middle thickness, and 3) .016" for the thinnest thickness. Each stack of each thickness pictured are 20 shims for reference. Each successive incremental thickness is 2x the thickness of the next thinnest in size. Price listed is for each 1 (qty) shims/washer/spacer. When checking out and paying - please leave a note how many of each thickness you want. Thanks in advance. If you forget to leave a note, it might delay shipping in a timely manner - as I will email asking you to provide an answer how many of what thickness shim(s) you want before I can process the package. All shims being offered have a 5/8" I.D. (inner diameter) for sliding onto your 5/8" O.D. spindle. These spacers/shims/washers all have 1" O.D. Using these shims/spacers/washers in combination with variable thickness lock collars (listed in another 1 of my auctions) will help you achieve proper or desired chainline with your front chainring(s) and rear freewheel/cog - depending upon your configuration. These spacers are typically installed and used with slider type spindles (sold separately in some of my other auctions.) In addition, there should always be at least 2 shims positioned between the bearing and lock collar. Having at least 2 of these shims between each bearing and each lock collar will extend the life of your bearings. This auction is for the shims/spacers/washers ONLY. The related pictures show other bottom bracket kit components and are for reference ONLY and are NOT included with the sale of the shims/spacers/washers you are purchasing.
