These brakes came from a late 90s Specialized Stumpjumper Comp mountain bike and seem to be original based on the 97 date stamp. Worked well with no issues, the Clarks pads are aftermarket, significantly newer than the brakes themselves. They work well and still have a lot of life left in them.
