Brand New Shimano Deore XT M8120 4-Pistol Hydraulic Disc Brake Set, Front&Rear+Caliper RT86/MT800/rt81 ROTORS 900MM/1600MM Shimano XT M8120 Disc Brake Set 4-Pistol Following the principle of passing on the experiences and technologies of the top series, the Deore XT incorporates the innovations of the high-end XTR components. Accordingly the new 12-speed groupset features of course Micro Spline and Hyperglide+. The Shimano Deore XT BR-M8120 Postmount brake caliper is with its 4-piston construction perfect for Trail and Enduro use. Compared to its predecessor a quicker piston retraction leads to superior modulation what results in an improved braking control. The Resin brake pads with Ice-Tech cooling fins in combination with the powerful 4-piston caliper guarantee extremely good deceleration. In addition, the design with 4 pistons reduces disc brake rotor wobbling noise and increases the braking power by 10 % compared to the BR-M8020 caliper. The basis of the construction is the disc's so called sandwich structure (stainless steel - aluminium - stainless steel) which not only improves braking power and reliability, but also effectively dissipates the heat via the integrated cooling fins.Size: 160MM/180MM/203MM optionalIce-Technologies Freeza design Shimano XT RT86 Ice-Tec Rotors 160MM/180MM 203MM Pls Note: All rotors sold here are properly made in Japan, NOT made in ChinaSM-RT86 Ice-Tech rotors give excellent performance made from a stainless steel / alloy 3-layer sandwich construction that manages heat while ridingThe clad steel / alloy / steel rotor construction allows heat generated from braking to radiate quickly through the aluminium core achieving surface temperature drops of around 50 deg C. When used with Ice-Tech pads surface temperatures can drop from around 400 to 300 deg C, this provides great improvements in performance all roundIce-Tech rotors achieve long pad life, less noise and less fade due to improved heat dispersionRotor contact surface has been developed for excellent pad clearing and cooling which increases pad performance and lifeLarge forged alloy spider supports rotor surface, increasing rigidity and reducing weight6-bolt mounting system (bolts included)Size: 160MM/180MM/203MM optional Payment1.
