Someone appears to have filed the bottom of the front caliper, presumably for tire clearance. Filing work could be cleaner, but it's well out of sight. You'll need pads. If your bike is a pre-2018 model with external nut mounting, please let me know and I'll include a couple of external nuts and washers.
