The precision of our CNC machine guarantees an accuracy of 0.01mm or even better on each axle, ensuring a precise fit for your specific needs. To protect the mechanical integrity of our axles and provide an appealing aesthetic appearance, we utilize "hard" or "hardcoat" anodizing. This process not only enhances the longevity of the axles but also provides a satisfying tactile feel. Setting us apart from similar products on the market, Hardlite axles incorporate a polyoxymethylene washer (POM) beneath the axle head.
