This is a 9-speed Shimano Dura-Ace bottom bracket for Octalink v1 cranksets, model BB-7700 (i.e., also fits 9-speed XTR). This is an Italian threaded BB. The axle is 109.5mm long. This bottom bracket is new, never mounted and in factory-perfect condition. I have uploaded large photos. Please take a look and ask if something is unclear. Thanks!

Pulled from a lightly ridden Cannondale. From the 7700 9-speed era of Shimano Dura-Ace. 109.5mm spindle length is correct for DOUBLE cranksets. For BSA aka English bottom brackets.

The Shimano Dura Ace Crankset FC-7700 is a component designed for road bikes, particularly racing bikes. This crankset is in good polished condition with a 172.5mm length, and 52/38 double chainrings Extra chain rings, 56,40,38t. A good octalink 7700 bottom bracket is required and included, 109.5mm length.

Here is a low mileage Shimano Dura-Ace BB-7700 Octalink V1 bottom bracket. 68mm shell, 109.5mm spindle and English threaded. Ball and needle bearings complete; grease is old and should be replaced at installation.

Made of aluminum and steel, the technology of this Octalink V2 system was overcomplicatingly simple. The set includes one bottom bracket and is specifically designed for a 109.5mm shell width. This bottom bracket was taken directly off of a 2005 Cannondale r3000si and includes everything that is shown in the detailed photos.
