Vintage Huret Jubilee short cage rear derailleur, I'm not super familiar with these but this one has an extra nut on the mounting screw and it does not have the drillium holes drilled around the cage. Really nice condition though, no mechanical issues, no rust, minimal scuffs/scrapes.
