NEW unused classic old school design Tioga Beartrap 2 threaded 1" x 24 headset, will work with most standard 1980's old school BMX frame and forks and is Gyro Compatible, recently powdercoated white by us at C4, other custom colors available, just message us Steerer ID 25.4 / Cup 32.7 / Race 26.4 / Stack Height 40 It is sometimes necessary or recommended to hone out the fork race for easier installation without damaging the fork, usually this can be done with a Dremmel or die grinder. Otherwise measure and grease components for the proper fit. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you see something we left out. There are a lot of new items in my EBay store, please have a visit. Thanks New Classic Cruiser Head Set 22.2mm x 32.5mm x 27mm. This Head Set works with 1" threaded forks. The Cups fit a Classic Cruiser Head Tube that has a 32.5 mm or 1 9/32" opening "also AKA Cup Diameter". The top Nut has a 22.2mm or 7/8" opening for stems of that size ( the fork must also have the 22.2mm or 7/8" opening for the stem to work) . The bearings are 15 x 3/16" ball retainers. The Washer is either keyed or non keyed. The Bottom Crown Race fits Vintage and Newer forks with a 27mm or 1 1/16" race lip. The 27mm or 1 1/16" crown race size is Common to most New Import Forks Like: Tubular Cruiser, Springer Forks, and Triple tree and Lugged forks. A 27mm Crown Race DOES NOT Fit Schwinn Bladed Forks and Schwinn Springer forks. Available in Black, Chrome and Gold.
