Discovered that the SRAM derailleurs could choose the gear combinations when upshifting or downshifting, but only with a SRAM cassette. So I had to switch from the original Shimano Ultergra 11 speed cassette and chain over a SRAM cassette and chain to match the derailleurs. Chain is 108 links. Used with grease, not wax. I will put the cassette in the SRAM box for the new cassette. Less than 200 miles on both Shimano components Will ship via a ground service in the smallest cardboard box I can fit them in.
