These were made in France, almost certainly repackaged Velox Tressostar tape, as details of the rolls and their packaging are identical to their Velox equivalents. NOS pieces though I cannot attest as to whether the adhesive is still good anymore. Boxes dated to 1971. One tape is darker than the other but both are black. The boxes are is very good condition for their age.
