Each arm has an internal clutch allowing the cranks to rotate freely backwards forcing a full circle of each pedal stroke for training purposes There are minor surface marks. The spindle interface and pedal threads are in good shape. The clutch mechanisms and bearings are in smooth operating condition. A matching Shimano English threaded bottom bracket is included.
