D-ring tension bolts, serrated washers, and boss plates have heavy oxidation, rust, and old grease buildup that should be cleaned and lubricated before installation; rubber spacers show compression and dirt but remain flexible.

3 x 9 Speed. The shifter are tested and work correctly. The clear plastic covers over the speed indicators are missing. One barrel adjust has small chip.
