This is a Shimano RD-660 short cage rear derailleur, there are some minor scuffs/scrapes on this derailleur but no significant scratches and no mechanical issues. There is also a little what looks like tarnishing of the derailleur body. This derailleur has not been cleaned so may have a little minor dirt/grime on it.
