NOS dogbone style, lightweight aluminum handlebar stem. The steerer clamp size appears to be for a 1-1/8”. I do not know the angle of the rise on this. Maybe you can use them. Sold each, but 2 are available.

This seatpost is in good condition, came from a late 1997 GT LTS-2 mountain bike and seems to be original based on the date stamp. Good structural condition, no issues except for some minor cosmetic scratches/scuffs and a bit of surface rust on the steel bolts. Works perfectly fine and came out of the bike with no issues.
