Thank you for your interest in this quality pair of brakes with a history of light to moderate use. There are minor surface marks and scratches with some discoloration from sun exposure as shown. The brake pads show normal wear. The hardware is complete and original.

Specialty Retro Products has developed a custom made Titanium kits for Shimano V-brakes. These bolts are made from Titanium 6-4, same a material that is widely in the aerospace industry because it has a higher tensile and yield strength than Ti 3-2.5. The threads are cold rolled into the bolt for superior strength. Kits are design to work with Shimano XTR, XT and LX V-Brakes with the following parts numbers: BR-M950, BR-M951, BR-M960, BR-M970, BR-M750, BR-M739 and BR-M570 Kit includes: 2 x Titanium bolts with thread lock (available in Black or Natural Titanium) 2 x Stainless steel washers We also have the washers available separately and these will also work with the OEM bolts. This is in nice used condition. The bike this came from didn’t have a whole lot of miles on it and was only ridden offroad a few times at campgrounds. Other than that the guy rode a little around the neighborhood with the kids. Shows light signs of use and no signs of abuse and no sun fading.

This is a nice set of older XTR cranks and bottom bracket. There’s some heel rub on the non drive side but these cranks overall weren’t used all that much. The person who owned the bike these were on mostly rode around the neighborhood with his kids and didn’t mountain bike very much at all. He only took it out a few times on camping trips with the family. The chain from that bike had no stretch at all. These are a less common 180mm crank length. The matching XTR bottom bracket feels fantastic with very smooth bearings. The rings are 24-34-46
