24" Pro Class III hoops, Bullseye hubs, Blue/Green Comp IIIs. Nice complete wheelset...both hoops have a tiny hiccup in them, but are nice and straight. Great anno, tiny bit of brake rub on rear. Bullseye hubs with a gun metal color center. New Phil bearings in rear. SS spokes, alloy nipples, Blue/Green label comp IIIs have no rot. Ask any ?s
