You are buying twenty five (25) NEW fasteners. They are stainless steel fender rivet screws with stainless steel Keps nuts that can be used Schwinn Stingray Krate Bicycles (especially show bikes). These threaded fasteners are 10-32 x 3/8" long and have a 7/16" diameter domed head (see pictures). These fasteners are not polished but you can polish them to a brilliant shine.
