Product gallery Product Description Dia-Compe Gran Compe Shot Brake Lever Running a front brake on a fixed wheel bike is a good thing for safety’s sake, the only downside being you can normally only brake with one hand. The bar-top-mounted Shot, though, has two levers so can be used with either hand (especially useful when signalling). The larger lever on the right pushes the brake cable outer, the mini lever on the left pulls the inner cable; both actions have the effect of applying the brake. All in all, it’s a great little product that makes riding a fixed safer.
