Made in the USA, billet aluminum, Light, strong and tested…the long bolt is definitely titanium, the other two may also be titanium and they all look original. Entire stem weighs 258 grams which is lighter than most others…Stem has a very slight rise to it as shown in pics. IMHO the large black anodized washer and Ringle painted name on the face plate show the most wear/damage. The left side of the stem also has some minor damage on the black anodizing, pictured. All in all this is a nice solid part that could almost go onto a show bike…please ask questions if you have any. I will only ship within the 48 states on my continent.
