Shimano 22t 3/32" cog only. The lower gears will help you climb hills and work with an 1/8" chain. These have a 3mm offset. 3 prong cog will fit shimano coaster hubs, internal 3 speed hubs and most other similar hubs. Will fit sturmey hubs if you can find the correct spacer. I don't have these spacers or lockrings. These are new and have a 3mm offset. Please ask any questions if unsure if it'll fit your hub.
