Super Champion is an Iconic French Brand widely used on Early Competition Road Racing Bikes " 1970s "`. Wolber bought Super Champion in the 1980s so Wolber Rims available here too. Rim is an Aluminum Alloy 700c Tubular Tire Rim that was widely used on high end Racing Road bikes back in the day and a favorite for restorations. The Used Rim is used, a solid rim, can have brake surface wear, may have nicks, scratches, fading, and decal loss, used not abused. The NOS Rim is New Old Stock but after many years of handling & shop life can show shelf life wear an have scratches, may of been laced but not used. Most all rims have decal peal & decay, new decals should be available. The Term Hot Spots or HS refers to the condition of a used rim that was improperly tensioned and has excessive wear at the spoke points.
