I believe these are from the 1980s/90 and closely resemble Campagnolo Delta brakes with the triangle front cover and the center pull technology. The levers are aero only. There are a few variations on this brakes--most seem to be similar design with all black parts.

Type: Centerpull caliper. The original red and white "Weinmann 750 Vainqueur 999" decals are fully legible and intact on both calipers. The mounting hardware threads are crisp and straight. Model: 750 Vainqueur 999.

For sale are the set of center pulled brake calipers Weinmann 610 Vainqueur 999 front and Weinmann 750 rear. The parts have small scratches and marks, but no rust on the bolts or springers. Original brake pads in good condition. Included also the hardware shown in the last picture. Overall it is a nice set for your vintage bike.
