Rim is an Aluminum Alloy 700c Tubular Tire Rim that was widely used on high end Racing Road bikes back in the day and a favorite for restorations. Rim is 700c / 622 ETRTO and for Tubular / Sew up / Glue On / tires and Presta valve tubes. Your menu choices will state Spoke hole Count, Color, Rim Model, and Conditions Notes. Rim model choice may include GEL 280, GP4, SSC, GL 330, Montlery, Montlery Pro, Record Du Monde, Argent 7, Argent 10, CXP 30, etc... Color Abbreviations are Blk = Black, Gray = Hard Anodized = HA, Si = Silver. The Default Rim Condition is Used otherwise noted NOS. There is a Photo Set for each Rim or Tire, Please View photos for Condition. In most cases we wrote the approximate weight inside the rim, Check Photos. The Used Rim is used, a solid rim, can have brake surface wear, may have nicks, scratches, fading, and decal loss, used not abused. The NOS Rim is New Old Stock but after many years of handling & shop life can show shelf life wear an have scratches, may of been laced but not used. Most all rims have decal peal & decay, new decals should be available. The Term Hot Spots or HS refers to the condition of a used rim that was improperly tensioned and has excessive wear at the spoke points. The Schwalbe 700x25 Legano T Tubular Tires are NOS although Not too old. The Used Tubular tire is used and shows age & wear, it holds air, they may or may not have the stitching tape, Good Patina Lookers for show, but NOT for Road Use.
