Vintage Suntour Superbe Bottom Bracket Sealed 68mm 117mm 1.37x24T JIS Gold Bike Vintage Suntour Superbe bottom bracket for vintage bikes. Sealed bearing Superbe size double type unit with square taper JIS spindle and BSA English threads. Cups are marked 1.37" x 24T with right and left orientation for a 68 mm shell. Label lists lug width 68~70 mm, chain line 43.5 mm and a 58.5 mm body dimension. Spindle length on digital calipers reads about 117.35 mm end to end. Aluminum and steel construction with silver body, gold and black cups, made in Japan. Vintage Suntour Superbe bottom bracket. Sealed bearing spins well

I don't see any date coding marks on the stem, but catalog references indicate this stem was an early to mid 80's model coming out of Japan. Quill length: 70 mm (the distance between the limit line and the top of the quill.the total length of the quill is 130 mm).
