I believe these are 27.5mm. I can only find that Framed made a 27.5mm Counsel. These forks are 3/8" dropouts with 110mm spacing and with a 7" steer tube. The fork legs taper down. A 29" rim and 2.00mm tire clears in the fork just fine so these may be 29" forks. Please check my other listings.
