This is a basically new fork. Does not appear to have been cut down. Tapered steering tube. Please see measurements in the photos. Rim brake fork. Comes with a 44mm head bearing set. There is scratches on the front side of where the brake caliper mounts. These are superficial.

Steering Stem Length: 208mm. Nice set of Suntour XCR forks for your mountain bike. Both top knobs turn freely but the lockout does not appear to function properly. Good for parts or to rebuild. SR Suntour.
