They were removed from a 1977 Schwinn Paramount tandem. They are drilled for slightly heavier gauge spokes (like DT Alpine spokes etc. and the skewer levers are unique in that they are really heavy and curved, but don't have script logo. ).

These chains are authentic SRAM GX chains, and they come from a large bicycle manufacturer who purchased these chains to be put on bike builds. 20 powerlocks are included with the chains.
