Used SR Custom quill stem with signs of regular use. Lower quill and steel wedge show heavy surface rust and discoloration, with rust staining on the quill. Expander wedge, quill bolt and clamp bolt are present.

Notice the wedge is fully ramped - therefore, this will NOT work on an original Tuf Neck or Pro Neck or some ACS stems (they require a stepped wedge). Brand new, never installed.
