This is use to route your front brake cable through your fork steer tube allowing for bar spins (assuming you're running a rotor or gyro for the rear brake) These were made for us by Dia-Compe to be used with the new Tuf-style stems, but will fit many other stems - please sure the specifications below to determine if it will work with your stem. Notice the wedge is fully ramped - therefore, this will NOT work on an original Tuf Neck or Pro Neck or some ACS stems (they require a stepped wedge). Brand new, never installed.
