Dia-Compe MX1000 BMX brake caliper * Color: BLUE ANODIZED (A turquoise color that matches Dia-Compe's other blue anodized products) * Model: MX1000 * Approximate Reach: 73mm - 92mm * Application: This caliper is set up for REAR use. However, a longer FRONT pivot bolt and appropriate shallow half moon washers are included so you can convert this to front use if you desire. Need a FRONT and REAR caliper? Then order 2 of these calipers and convert one with the parts included. However, the quick release is riveted on therefore brake cable routing must come from above (therefore, this cannot be used with a Potts Mod hollow stem bolt in front). * Features: Quick release lever, Dia-Compe thumb adjuster, set up for top routed brake cable (race style). This brake will NOT work with a Potts Mod. * Brake pads: Dia-Compe salmon compound retro block pads (an aggressive ferrous oxide compound similar to Mathauser) * Mounting hardware included * The "MX" is laser engraved into the anodizing. NOTE: These are brand new production calipers direct from Dia-Compe - these are not NOS nor are they made from the original MX1000 tooling (the original tooling is long gone).

Brand new genuine Dia-Compe SS6 brake lever set COLOR: BLACK body/SILVER lever They have return springs. This model original came out in maybe the late 80's or early 90's and you typically saw them on mountain bikes with cantilever brakes. These will work for any short pull brake application (side pull, cantilever, U-brake, center pull). These will NOT work with V-brakes. Fits standard 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebars. Sold in PAIRS ONLY - LH and RH levers included. These come packaged in the newer style retail packaging. Adjuster size is M7.

Genuine Dia-Compe Tech 6 Locking Levers Original equipment on many freestyle bikes from the mid-1980's The only difference between these and the originals is Dia-Compe now powdercoats these - instead of painting them. This means the finish is visibly thicker (notice in the pictures the "128" and "Dia-Compe" is not as clearly defined as an original lever set. These are impossible to find NOS - now you can buy a new set for less than 1/2 what a NOS pair will run you - with a more durable finish and without the typical scratches of most white NOS levers. Fits standard 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebars. Sold in PAIRS ONLY - LH and RH levers included. These were purchased in bulk, so no retail packaging is included.
